Tuhaye Moondance Homes
This will a new urbanist community in the Arts & Crafts tradition, entailing the design of 21 homes. The community will be adjacent to a golf and ski resort in Deer Valley, Utah. Robert Stern and Paul Whalen were the community planners and partners, and I acted as project manager.
Evanston, Illinois Home
An 3000-square foot home in Evanston, Illinois. It was designed by Carol Crandall and I offered architectural coordination and drawing services as the sole member of the project team.
Asbury Park, NJ Superblock
At the Liebman Melting Partnership, I worked on a small project team where we designed over 100 apartments, arranged in three main towers over a common 2-story platform comprised of townhomes, a parking garage, and a green courtyard roof over the garage.
Tryon Farm, Indiana
A unique series of settlements on a working farm. Small, simple homes were clustered around different features of the farm - a pond, the forest, the prairie. The developer was Ed Noonan Associates and the architect, for whom I worked, provided planning and home design.
